Sound tube & nozzle repair
Broken or detached sound tubes on Shure SE846, SE535, IE800 and similar IEMs - re-bonded properly so the unit measures and sounds correct again.
Cable replacement
MMCX, 2-pin, A2DC and proprietary connectors. We re-terminate or replace cables on premium IEMs and over-ears with proper strain relief.
Driver replacement
Dead drivers, channel imbalance, distortion at volume. We source genuine or like-for-like drivers and match left/right.
Connector & jack repair
Intermittent 3.5mm jacks, broken MMCX sockets, USB-C input failure on wireless cans. Re-soldered or replaced cleanly.
Wireless headphone faults
Charging issues, Bluetooth pairing problems, button failure on Sony, Bose, Apple and Sennheiser wireless models.
Microphone & boom replacement
Broken mic booms, dead mic capsules on gaming and broadcast headsets. We refit and test on a calibrated bench.

My Shure SE846 sound tube broke off, can you fix it?
Yes - this is one of our most common repairs. We re-bond the sound tube cleanly so the IEM sounds and measures the same as it did from new.
Cheaper than sending to the manufacturer?
Almost always. Manufacturers tend to charge for full driver-pack replacement. We fix what's actually broken, often for a fraction of that cost.
Do you work on counterfeit or grey-market IEMs?
We can usually diagnose the fault but parts availability is the limiting factor. We'll assess and tell you honestly before any work starts.
