01 Drop off or send in. Walk in to the Wythenshawe shop or post your item to us with the form on the contact page.
02 Free diagnosis. We bench-test the item, identify the actual fault and check what parts are needed.
03 Honest quote. You get a written quote. No fix, no fee on most small items. If we can't fix it, we'll tell you.
04 Repair and collect. Most jobs turn around in 1-5 working days. Pick up in person or get it shipped back.
